CROWN AND BRIDGE

Congratulations! You have invested in one of the best dental restoration materials on the market.

We are very excited about your decision to restore your smile and we would like to provide you with continuing service as
well as information regarding the care and maintenance of your restoration.

To maintain optimal dental health, regular dental cleanings and daily dental hygiene are essential:

-Please do not eat anything sticky or chewy for the first 24 -hours. This
-will insure that cement will cure properly.

-Brush and floss normally with crowns.

-A floss threader will be provided with oral instructions for use -with bridges, brush normally.

Restorations usually remain cemented for the life of the dental restoration, however; if loosening or loss of crown and/or bridge
occurs --PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR RESTORATION-- If your crown and/or bridge should loosen during the first year, we will recement at no charge, thereafter a minimal fee will be charged.

****DR. BONDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST CROWNS****
