Dr. Bonds does take most private insurance policies.
He does not take medicaid, Delta Dental, OR workman's
comp.[they do not seem to pay us}
Dr. Bonds does not also take HMO, PPO, DMO or all
those types of policies.
We normally will take any policy that does what
they say and will pay us within a resonable time. [usually in less
than 3 months]
Our Insurance Policy
We accept most insurance policies. We must be able to verify your
insurance coverage over the phone on or before the day of you appointment.
The insurance company must be willing to send the check directly
to our office. When we file you insurance please remember that it
is a courtesy. We estimate the amount of your portion on information
supplied by your insurance company. The amount that you pay is not
a guaranteed percentage. Your insurance company may choose to change
the amount that they pay on a claim. In this instance you will be
responsible for any unpaid balance.
When you come in for appointment please bring your card and any
information you have concerning your insurance company. This will
help us to file your insurance properly.
There are a few insurance exclusions in our office.
We do not accept Delta Dental.
We do not accept assignment on any orthodontic charges. You will
be responsible for the fee the day of the orthodontic appointment
.We will file any claims on orthodontics but the check will be sent
directly to you.
We will be happy to help you with any questions about your insurance
coverage.
