The policy of the office is such that the only time we charge for an office visit is:

1-Emergency same day visit

When you HAVE to be seen that day due to pain or scheduling- this can cause other patients to be moved or a scheduled patient may have to wait causing inconvenient delays to their appointment . This delay is understandable for most appointed patients but only if true emergency exists.

2- Insurance requirements

Some insurances ask for special coding or special paper work [which requires more staff time]
